Our diverse customer base covers retailers, government agencies, police agencies, entertainment industry and private labels and is expanding as we continue to seek new opportunities that will take Biltmore to the next level internationally.

We are in the wholesale business to succeed through the design, manufacturing and sales of hats. We are fortunate to be able to produce some of the finest hats in the world. This tradition, which began in 1917, has developed with the hard work and dedication of 100’s of people. We are a team driven by a passion for the industry and dedicated to continuing to bring new designs and products to the marketplace.

Factory Outlet Store:
Biltmore’s long history as a successful business anchored in the community of Guelph has been filled with wonderful moments and many memories for staff and citizens alike. After 89 years, it is difficult to find a Guelph native who does not have ties to the company directly or through relatives.

In order to share our story with people, Biltmore has recently created a museum, within our manufacturing location, featuring antique paraphernalia, stories, Biltmore’s journey into hockey and how it brought the ‘hat trick’ to the game as well as an inside look into how hats are made.

For our visitors’ further enjoyment, we placed the museum in the middle of a unique shopping experience. Wander through our factory outlet store for great buys of men’s and women’s sample or end-of-line hats or take some time to enjoy the fun of simply ‘dressing up’ in the various styles.

This venture is only beginning and we ask anyone with a story to contact our Tourist Coordinator, Bette Stoddart at shop@biltmorehats.com to ensure that it is recorded in our Biltmore Book of History for sharing with those visiting the Outlet and Museum.

Buses are welcome with FREE parking on the street right in front of the door. Please note that there is a step into the store that is manageable, with assistance, for wheelchair accessibility.
